I'm not a builder. There are hands, head, confidence, and the need, therefore, decided to build with his own hands.
First, I draw a sketch of the future buildings.
Available were half timbered houses of the old buildings at the house reportedly built in 1922.

When the question arose about the choice of material, several options were considered.
Foam has been rejected, because in our climate extremes of summer and winter temperatures are very high in summer can be 40 and -50 in winter. In addition, a few years ago I watched a building (aerated concrete + timber) in the off-season it is strongly skewed.

As a result, I decided to make an extension framework, because in the frame boards are placed vertically, and when dry, they practically do not change in length. The frame is quite possible to do in the summer season and by colds settle.
The decision was made and then was made a detailed project that will accurately calculate how much and what material is required for the construction.
As a frame bases used board 150h50 mm, inside and out, it was decided to apply the covering is rail, floor and ceiling - decking 28mm. The foundation decided to do a shallow belt. For the carcass is more than enough.
