An important choice. Apartment or a house?

In the life of every person, sooner or later the question of housing. I'm not talking about just a rented apartment, a place where want to come back every day and be there as long as possible in the comfort and coziness, where to start a new page of your life - the creation of families.

I also came to this time! it is the inner desire and willingness to shape your home. And the main question arose, what to choose? Apartment or private house?

Honestly, at first the question of the house was not standing, or rather did not come to mind, but in the search for an apartment purchase options began to emerge thoughts of his home.

Apartment

If you imagine your life in an apartment in a lot of good comes to mind:

1. You can immediately enter and live. Even if the apartment is in need of repair, the minimum set in its always-there is water, a toilet and a gas or electric stove. this set is enough to start with a strong desire.

But with all this, there are obvious disadvantages:

House

I can think of the following benefits:

Well and cons can cause enough:

And clearly this house, we decided not to buy, with all the problems of the owners, but to build their own, creating their own history.
