Article 20.4 of the Administrative Code establishes a penalty for incineration to 200 TR
BOlsha discovery for me was the fact that the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation has an article 20.4 (called a "violation of fire safety rules") establishes a penalty of up to 200 thousand rubles.
Ponachalu I took this article only as a predatory: it as it turns out, on its own site, I can not burn twigs, grass and leaves? But then I saw this article is not only an attempt to fill the budget, but also the positive aspects. Let's find the truth together.
So, what are the fines?
FROMTatya 20.4 introduces different penalties for different types of offenders:
- natural persons - from 2 to 3 thousand rubles;
- on officials - from 6 to 15 thousand rubles;
- on IP - 20 to 30 thousand rubles;
- to control LLC and JSC - from 150 to 200 thousand rubles.
TAkim, the burning fallen trees, we ordinary gardeners, can "get" only 2-3 thousand. But even that's not the point!
The main thing - that the inspection body for the first time may issue a warning to the citizen and not to punish the ruble truckers.
This is spelled out in Article 20.4 of the Administrative Code, and advise you to recall this inspector, if you are "caught" on the burning branches.
What is the use of this predatory seemingly article?
I think that the fines issued by a negligent "firemen" stop hotheads who do not comply with the banal fire safety rules:
- burn trash in windy weather;
- do not isolate deadwood around campfire;
- burn garbage is not in barrels, and an open fire.
