Today's article opens a series of materials about the stand-alone houses, and particularly happy that today I will talk about off the house, did not do abroad, where engineers have already moved away, and on the Russian sample. I deliberately did not reveal the name of the stand-alone module, not to make anyone advertising.

Me and my subscribers are interested in the technical side of the issue!

So let's deal with the basic concepts.

What is a self-contained house?

Standalone house - Residential construction, which does not depend neither on the central city, either from stationary individual communications: electricity, water supply and disposal of gas-supply.

Usually, the most difficult to operate an autonomous house is electricity. The problem is solved in the following ways: wind power, solar energy, heat pump, heat accumulator, heat recovery effluent collector and ground heat al.

In today's article I'm writing about the Russian auto-house, which is powered by electricity from the energy Sun: house equipped with a set of solar panels (8 * 320 W), battery (8 pcs of 200 A / h) and inverter.

It is worth a lot of the system, but more on that below.

Itself an autonomous house of the Russian assembly looks like this:

Inside the house there are all necessary for living room: bedroom with two tables and a double bed (left), Living room-kitchen with a sofa and a sink and stove (in the center), Bathroom with shower and compact (on right)And technical compartment.

As a stand-alone house is heated?

Temperature regulation in the house uses heat pump and air conditioner connected to the autonomous power supply system of solar panels, battery and inverter. I do not know how cleverly arranged ventilation, because ideally it should have a heat recovery, otherwise the effectiveness of the whole escapes with the windows open for ventilation.

The cost of a standalone house

As promised, I reveal the cost of the stand-alone home.
Ready residential building furnished and fitted bathroom is not worth as many as 1.5 million rubles.
Optional power system (solar panels, batteries, inverter) - 500 000 more, as well as an autonomous system of water supply and sanitation - another 700 000 rubles.

Total self-contained house about 20 squares will cost
2.7 million rubles!

Agree, a considerable price for complete independence from public utilities!
