In fact, the monolithic arrangement of the foundation are not limited to pouring the concrete component!

First stage - still removing soil and vegetation to a depth of 40 to 60 centimeters. After recesses land backfilled pit sand and crushed stone cushion 40-60 centimeters thick depending on the amount of clay in the original soil.

Second phase, which is often overlooked,- fill the so-called footing - a small layer of concrete, which performs two functions: it aligns the base before filling primary concrete mass, and retains the material used for the waterproofing of mechanical damage.

The third stage - stacking on top of footing roll waterproofing layer 2-3. Most often, the builders used for this purpose roofing material.

The fourth stage - insulation with artificial materials (expanded polystyrene or EPS, Penoplex, at least - plastic foam).

The fifth stage - pouring concrete into the cavity with a pre-prepared two-layer reinforcement.

IMPORTANT:
Please note that by building codes, the upper part of the solid foundation must rise above the level of the soil, because after laying the foundation wall panels settle under their weight at a shallow depth.
