I decided to tell you briefly, how to sheathe niche PVC panels in the kitchen. At first, I wanted to use the laminate, but as the door of his locker and even the Soviet times, it did not fit in any standard. So, I was selected matte white plastic.

Let me draw your attention to the main points, as much can be seen on the video at the end. Furthermore 3 sq plastic 25 cm wide and 10 m had a starting profile fork to different things:

• rake tree - 10h30 - 5 m;
• F-shaped profile 2x50 mm - 1 m;
• Handle in bronze - 2 pcs;
• awnings - 4 pieces;
• corner of 90 degrees. - 2 pcs.
• Furniture magnet - 2 pcs;
• screws with dowels (for awnings) - 8 pieces;
• press washers - 15-20 mm - 50 pcs.

In general, a creative approach to the choice of materials is quite acceptable. Took a plastic, it is convenient because it can be trimmed by all sizes and angles. First performed trim the bottom of a niche and, starting from the obtained size, he began to manufacture door.

Difficulties

Door - the most difficult stage, because the need to calculate their size, taking into account the gap between them and the wall.

• It is not easy to fix the starting profile to a wooden rail right through the plastic panel, so that the cap screws are invisible.
• In some places, not to use screws, starting the profile put on a white silicone, such as the top and bottom doors.
• On picture below shows that the rack frame for the doors is made so that it does not rest against the lower end of the recess.
• The rail drilled holes for fastening the handles to the left seen from the bottom head of the fastening bolt handles.

Butt spawn a niche, I did not touch and partially blocked the F - shaped profile. Pictured keep the profile as is, and is seen in the niche is already attached.

If at some point does not work, feel free to experiment on scraps and plastic slats.

Carport, that the next picture is chosen so that the width of its field enough for screwing screws in the rack doors and not in plastic profile. The width of the field in my case, 18 mm wider at the find. Wall canopy installed without additional fasteners, it is only a pre-leveled putty, before wallpapering, as planned everything in advance.
