That is precisely because of these reasons, and attempts are made to introduce additional fire safety measures. And you thought that for the sake of fun and enrichment at the expense of penalties ?!

So to burn on the territory of the CNT and their plots nothing can ABSOLUTELY!

This fire safety requirement. And no one came up with nothing new. Just in recent years, frequent fires in the CHT and forests, so such actions are now given much more attention.

First of all banned PAL spring last year's grass, bringing annual enormous damage to life, health and property of citizens. Next, cut the dry branches of the trees. Saw them and use for the firing up your furnaces and boilers.

But nothing can be burned in a barrel! This is especially true of settlements in the territories of forests and peatlands.

And what about the barbecue? Now what we are all starved? Or drink the bitter without snacks? Yes, please do barbecues, only observe safety measures. Barbecue must stand on the sand or paving slabs.

Nearby there should be no trees and buildings. Near the barbecue should be a fire extinguisher or even a bucket of water. And, of course, someone has to constantly monitor the entire process. Liquid for ignition is permitted to use only prior to the burning coals. Moisten them, give a few minutes to soak in, and only then set on fire.

In CSP, where there is no need to use dry branches in the furnaces (where gas), wood wastes are crushed and transported in special containers polygons. That is as it should be according to the law. But in reality - our careless citizens believe that the fires are only in the movies or somewhere far away.

As for vegetable waste.

Everything should go into business, into compost. An exception may be fallen leaves from different trees. But this waste is easily exported vacationers on wheelbarrows to the forest, where they eventually become humus.

I wrote all this just for you, dear gardeners, acted sensibly and not mindlessly relaxing as you want. And we did not get a penalty for that.

I would be glad if dostuchishsya to consciousness at least a few intelligent people ...
