The house has a terrace 9 m2, it fit and sofa, and a small table with chairs.
The house has two entrances, one through the summer terrace, second, if the street is cold - through the vestibule 1.9 m2.
The house has a large central kitchen - living room 18,7 m2. It is, in fact, occupies almost the entire area of the house.
In the house we have a separate bathroom with shower, toilet and sink!
