How much I spent on the fence, doing everything with their own hands

2019 construction season. closed. You can sum up. The final amount I know, because I bring all the costs in the file. I show it to the end of the article. But I think it will be interesting how much it cost me the fence from the front side:

Costs of materials and tools for the fence - 83600 rubles.

It spent more on materials 1 Mill. rub. A built only sauna, a fence on three sides and poured the foundation for the house.

I wanted this season is to save, save money for the construction of houses in the 2020 season. It did not work. Another surprise on the car at the end of the season - got to repair the variator. Morally, I have long been ready for it, but he felt that it would cost 30-50 thousand. But the repairs cost about 100 thousand. rub.

I would like to start building a house, and without credits. But life situations sometimes make their adjustments. I will not think about what I will do next season. The volume of work is always there. You can finish the fence by installing sliding doors and gate. With automatic - it is 70 thousand. rub. It is possible to pour a foundation under the garage (about 100 thousand. rub.). You can build a septic tank and a cellar-caisson wells in the area (50 thousand.).

There is a maximum program - the construction of the house. And there is the problem, at least. And by the beginning of spring it will be clear that I will do next season.
