Why I chose a simple base-plate and not UWB?

When describing a process of building-slab foundation in the comments asked, why I did not immediately Insulated Swedish stove (UWB)? It's a bit would increase the cost of the foundation, but immediately with warm floors.
Yes, I have considered the option of the foundation, but did not do on this technology for several reasons. Maybe they are subjective, but this is my opinion and choice.
1. foundation cost is higher than that of a plate
The materials used in the construction of the foundation slab insulation is added to the cost of (XPS) walking on a horizontal layer under the concrete slab (sometimes immediately and side faces).

Suppose that we use almost all of the foundation-plate area other than the area under the wall.: 80 m2. We need 400 m pipe. Total: 40 thousand. rub. That's not counting installation, pressure testing, the collector for underfloor heating.
Add more small things. All you need at least 70 thousand. rub. If I build a house is not one or two years - this is the initial cost, to use all those to which I have spent the sum can only begin to mount when the heating system.
While the installation of water floor heating on a simple base-plate is carried out after the construction of the house.

2. The inertia changes UWB temperature.

3. The risk of damage to the tube during construction
