I collected from TV monitor. Holiday option. Part 1
When spend the night in the country, after the work performed on the construction site, in the evenings, there is nothing to do. Something to read (for example, a book on the phone) - there is no desire, because brain too tired and did not receive the information. There is no Internet, only GPRS - the maximum is to see e-mail.
The plans to try to make the antenna, 3G-gun for amplifying the signal from the base station. Design and description is, you need to purchase and assemble. In the opinion of a very efficient antenna. How to gather, test, accomplish your goal.
I had the idea to buy a TV. A new LCD did not want to spend 12-15 thousand. The ads b / a less 10 thousand. - also a rarity. Below 7 thousand. LCD were from the image defects. The cost of a kinescope b / y in the neighborhood of 5 thousand. But this option has refused. Almost all all the same it was necessary to acquire a receiver for receiving a digital signal, which increased the cost-per-install.
On the first education I radioeletronik. As they say, the soul is sometimes attracted to home-made in this area. As a child and a student I collected a lot of things with a soldering iron in his hand.
The Internet got video describing how you can make the TV from the LCD monitor:
It is estimated that this cost the home-made no more than 4 thousand. rub. provided that the monitor is 19 inches. I decided to play in the constructor.
Purchase of equipment. So, I bought:
1. Receiver DVB-T2 Lumax DV3211HD - 1290 rubles.
Acquired the online store aldo-shop. It turned out that this model for 300 rubles. cheaper here than in the known digital discounter Technopoint from the DNS network.
Why this model? Perhaps it is for this money the most functional:
- The presence of the Wi-Fi (but need an adapter). This enables you to watch embedded YouTube services, Megogo, LUMAX cinema and IPTV;
- Two USB ports (one is needed for the speaker supply). View all popular video formats;
- Ability to view IPTV (when installing the playlist with the channels - over 200 programs);
- Two digital signal receiving format: DVB-T2 (ether) and DVB-C (cable);
- 5V Power supplied to the antenna cable for active antennas. For me, this place was very important.
2. Wi-Fi module for TV Lumax DV0002HD - 550r.
This module is not required in the country, as there is no Internet. But I bought for the future.
3. Sven speaker 120 (SV-013 493), 5W, powered by USB - 430r.
In the opinion, which had read on the internet and after watching the video, I realized that this is a good speaker with excellent sound, especially for the money.
Column acquired with the receiver in the Aldo. In Wi-Fi - in DNS (on the road).
4. Adapter VGA-HDMI - 300r.
I need to be sure the audio output. I found near his home in the pavilion with security systems. On aliekspress would come out more and wait for up to 1.5 months.
5. Monitor LG W1943SS - 1800 rub.
Acquired / used on an ad. Widescreen 19-inch LCD monitor. I checked on the spot by connecting from the seller to the notebook. Includes: power cord and VGA-cable.
One could even save - buy a usual monitor is not widescreen. The cost of these - from 500 rubles. up to 1500 rubles. But then for some channels will be black box at the top and bottom of the image (16: 9 format on a background of a 4: 3).
Connecting the whole system, I was disappointed. I saw just such a picture:
I forgot about the warning that the author did a video at the beginning of this article, by default, the receiver is worth a minimum screen resolution. You need to connect the console directly through the HDMI-cable to a regular TV and select the resolution of 1080i. Which I did. I connect the monitor, and I see a long-awaited picture:
I bought the whole list in advance - before the May Day holidays. Antenna and cable - bought later.
The article turned out great. I broke it into two parts. About the assembly and installation - in the next article.
