Self-filling concrete belt front of a fence

Once finished with the foundation of almost all the work (had to plan to cut the ground from its two sides) - two weeks I experimented with filling blocks to the front of the fence (which is along the road). I decided that this part is I have completely of stone and with a decorative surface under gravel, made of "Washed concrete" technology. More on this in the next article will tell.

In the second half of September, while there were still warm days, I went to the casting tape front of the fence. But before it was necessary to lay cable for decorative lighting on the outside of the fence. Something like this:

Already thought out the design of LED lighting. Purchased have inadequate cost. I bought:

- Cable VVGBM-APG (A) 2x1.5, 50m

- Gofra black d / outside diam.16mm, 50m.

Let me remind you that the underground portion of the tape (even with the ground) was covered in 2017. Inside it has prokinut cable for sliding gates and cable for the western part of the lighting collection. Prokinul cable ripple, twisted and soldered contacts (for reliability), insulated and secured on all poles. Connected electricity and rang a screwdriver and an incandescent lamp (load). It could be reinforced and set timbering.

Fiberglass reinforcement I had purchased for this purpose in conjunction with the purchase by the volume of reinforcing the foundation. Measured a necessary length (the gap in the fence in the gate area), I stretched 4 whip tied them to pipes pillars.

Next, masonry remnants of metal mesh (also remained on the foundation) and scraps grid for the north side of the fence - made frame. Nothing sags.

I began installing formwork. It took a long time due to the fact that the project posts should be allocated from the vertical plane of the fence. Those. columns of 30 cm thickness, and ribbon fence 20 cm. A lot of time was spent on the installation of the boxes for the columns.

First flooded eastern spans. On the foundation of paper debris visible. I tried it and tape the fence to give the decorative surface under gravel for "Washed concrete" technology. But it did not. We had to go away for the weekend to a different area. And on the third day, the surface is not washed off. Although the paper was soaked for two times and was already low air temperature.

But this is not a failure. I found the technology of masters from Southeast Asia - they are able to give any surface a facade decorative coating "small pebbles" without the use of chemicals, concrete setting retarders. Subsequently the tape plastered on this technology.

Flooded the tape as often. West filled spans two full days and one night. Eastern span - for half a day. But before dark.

Tape wintered - there are no cracks. Them and should not be, because Reinforcement turned three layers: one in the underground part (filled in 2017.) and two in the aerial, filled in 2018.

Vertical stakes - is planted saplings of mountain ash. Still I do not know how they spent the winter, did not swell even kidneys.
