A fence made of metal sheets. Fourth stage: the grid assembly and trapezoidal sheet

In June and July it was made principal and most difficult work in the construction of the fence: drilling holes and concreting pillars, dripping on the posts of the trench for the concrete ribbon and concreting of the tape. And, welding on weld prozhiliny and painting of steel structures.

I approached in early August to block the installation grid in the northern part of the site (view to the forest), and the installation of profiled sheet on the fence on the east side. On the western side of the fence the neighbor does for his project. I bought:

- Grid welded Jarditor Mech-Brico, PVC coating, 2,1mm, cell: 100h50mm, height 2 m, length 25 m, RAL 6005 - 2 roll.

- Wire knitting 4mm - 3m

- Profiled C-8 1200 (1150) X2000 RAL 6005, green moss - 68sht.

- Self-roofing 4,8h19 RAL 6005, green moss - 1500sht.

- Planck final for trapezoidal sheet RAL 6005, green moss, 2.5 m / pcs. - 70 MP

Installation of mesh produced by technology "lines of the comb." Installation did together. One if you can, it is very difficult.

1. Fasten a mesh edge to the first pole screws for trapezoidal sheet. Screws are screwed into the corners where the wires intersect, pressing washers which these screws.

2. Further, the board took 25h150mm, clocked up a number of screws in it, what would the cap protruding above the board on the 0.5cm (made a "comb").

3. Unrolled roll of mesh over the fence, temporarily fixing the wire at the top (which would not fall). To "comb" hitched a top and bottom lines for tightening goods, fixed them for emphasis (neighbor's fence post).

4. Hitched a comb in the last section of the wire mesh and began to pull the sling.

5.Natyanuv to the optimal stretch, started fixing screws on each column, starting with the first.

In its time watching this roller and has decided to use this design for this portion side. By the way, the movie filmed countrymen - the company supplying the grid for the fences from Krasnoyarsk. But the grid is not acquired from them - they did not have then the height of 2m.

Important in the process of installation does not drag the grid, or you may tilt the poles. The grid has dampers - wire, running wave. Due to these rods it curves perfectly tensioned as a spring or deform the design in the winter when no slack is reduced and a grid-like netting. I liked the grid. Galvanized wire, plus PVC coating. Of course, more expensive than all the other options for grids. But cheaper than welded mesh Modular - 3D-fences. In the summer it is almost not visible - it merges with greens. Those. it was designed this construction - do not obstruct the view of the forest.

Recorded a net on poles, welded wire lengths of 4mm stakes. What precisely would be sure that it will not remove by unscrewing the screws. Then touch up the weld.

Minus one at the net - it is not vandal. It can easily be a snack clippers. But if hackers want to get to the site, then no grid, no fence can stop them. Stops, usually a dog, especially some Caucasian. But this is not my option.

Mount began with his brother, because I have never encountered this kind of work, the experience was not - was needed an assistant. We started with the north end of the fence. On the first flight in a very cautious.

We are doing so. 25h150mm under underlay board sheet leans against prozhiliny controlling absence of the gap between the sheet and the post (left) is screwed to the upper lag screwdriver. Dale, roulette was applied on the right side of the sheet in a place where it is necessary to tighten the screw. And on roulette tape marked out a permanent marker of white space for self-tapping screws. Spins through the same wavelength. And so on three prozhiliny.

Two sheets installed very quickly. But the third was necessary to cut along. Measured amount on the fence, mark and cut the marker sheet with a thin grinder disc. I'm in a previous article wrote that due to an error in the 4 cm (span 2,96m), I did not have to throw out the second half sheets. The sheet was cut exactly in the middle. And all the sheets were in business. Sometimes it was necessary to trim the excess of 1-2 cm, which would lay down a sheet of the previous sheet wave.

Next, came the evening and mount a steel sheet. Fortunately, there was no wind, the weather has always been quiet and has a comfortable temperature in August.

The photograph shows a pillar with a shield (machine guns and outlet), which is an underground cable from the panel with the electricity meter in the electricity pylon. To it in the future I plan to connect a cable from the house and garage. Better things to think in advance than to lay cable again.

In the final work on the pillars put on plastic cap for tubes 60x60:

Just a couple of evenings spent on the installation of the final plank - horse on top of the steel sheet. This is the final touch. Fence it began to look even better.
