Participation in the HBC. Meeting and discuss the future of the village

After signing the agreement on the participation (membership HBC), the introduction of the amount of area to redeem, pay membership fee - the wait was long. There was the purchase of land from the owner, and we began to discuss land surveying project.

Discussions took place at the general meetings in the premises of one of the members of HBC, Uliana, who later became a few years, our chairman. We can say, the state in miniature, where everyone is equal, and the voice and opinion of each is important. Sometimes the meeting could not take a decision due to lack of quorum. Then just discussed issues and vote was taken.

Perhaps it bribed most of the participants of this project. And those who just have not figured out which climbed - just disappeared. They did not participate in meetings, not paid dues to accumulate huge amounts of debt. And to solve these problems did not want to.

Unfortunately, there were not a few. They can not be called and those who come into the project with the aim of earning on the resale of the land. Land they did not sell the land until now. And the news these days, this writing (March 2019). - one of the members of such officers of the cooperative by the court to raise funds to repay the debt. Yes, it is a necessary measure. This site was also decided to buy out of the already known scheme through our HBC. Thus, the settlement increased almost two times in the area and at that time was about 87 people.
