It lays the profit on the sale of land and from the monthly fees - not by all means go for the maintenance and development of the village. And even all this is prescribed in the membership agreement.

But our SNT lucky participants. Stages of development we discussed and adopted at the general meetings. Contributions to date are as follows: 530 rbl. / Month. with participant - s / n chairman and accountant. 5000 rub. / Year a participant - and dumping the contents of the roads. Amounts are discussing every year. It may be about 1 thousand. rub. monthly premiums for someone a lot, and in the minds of some is the principle of not paying them. There are also such. Road. They can not maintain in the summer and do not clean in the winter. And if your site or in the extreme alley - just will not clean the snow. You need to decide on the level of administration. But there's often only one answer: there is no money.

My friends have a land and a house in a good, by the standards of the early elite place. But in the spring can not go even to drive SUVs - melting snow on the roads, which the winter had not been cleaned.
