The apartment has got a family inherited from their parents, and for a long time there was no repair. It preserved the situation since the Soviet era, with old furniture, badly dilapidated floors, swollen wooden window frames.

The apartment is not so little, and money for its repair required a lot. The desired amount the family did not have, so we decided to make the repairs budget, the main thing - to refresh the room and get rid of disrepair.

Repair is very simple - painted walls, laminate floor, new windows and radiator. In the room to put a bed, sofa, desk, wardrobe and Tol (not visible). Nothing more, no special design techniques in the interior. Only the most necessary.

Typical Soviet era white square tiles, linoleum swollen, falling apart furniture. The best thing that remains in this kitchen - stove. It was bought later and she is still in complete working, normal state.

That such was the kitchen after renovation:

Floor tiled under wood planks, walls painted in beige, inexpensive furniture ordered from MDF, embedded bought the hob and the oven. Apron posted the most budget under tile mosaic.

As a result, apartment turned into a bright, clean, neat living space, as required initially.

The phrase "low-cost repair" here does not mean that the owners have spent "a penny" to, in fact, overhaul, and that made him the most economically by buying building materials from the cheapest segment. Also, do not be spent on any designer fashion, wallpaper, intricate chandeliers, ornate furniture and so on. The most simple and affordable. And left it is not even bad.
