The cheapest type of foundation
Over the years, I see how an increasing number of Russians want to live in their own home, away from brick anthills. And, I must say, construction crews and construction shops of the DIY format profit from this desire of fellow citizens.
Therefore, it seems logical that the majority strives to build a house as cheaply and wisely as possible. I only encourage this desire and today I will tell you about the simplest and most budgetary type of house foundation.
I'll make a reservation right away:
the foundation is suitable only for light buildings (a house on the 1st floor using frame technology), sheds and other household buildings. By the way, houses on this foundation are tax-free, so wind up!
Of course, you guessed that we are talking about houses on a foundation made of car tires. If you are building a "frame" on the 1st floor, then it makes no sense to make an expensive MZFL ("tape") and even more expensive Usb.
The best solution is a tire foundation. Judge for yourself:
- he is cheap (when building a house of 50 squares, you can easily fit into the budget of 10,000 rubles);
- you will not be taxed for such a house (in GOSTs there is no such type of foundation, therefore taxes cannot be levied)
- he is reliable (I myself saw a 30-year-old house standing on tires).
How is the foundation made on tires?
It's simple:
- soil is removed (check with a level ruler);
- tires are stacked with a step of 30-40 cm.
- a layer of sand is poured (5-7 cm);
- a layer of rubble is poured;
- tires are also filled with sand and gravel;
- a sheet of roofing material is laid
- the timber is laid - the lower crown of the frame of the house.
Done.
