From what and in what month should brooms be prepared for the bathhouse?

The eternal dispute between lovers of birch and oak brooms for baths and saunas, it seems, will never subside. Did you know that these two types of wood are not the only ones whose leaves are good for a bath day?

It turns out that brooms are also made from:

• linden trees

When to prepare bath brooms?

Oak.
It can be prepared all summer long, but the main thing is to cut off the branches in damp and dark oak trees. But its main disadvantage is that the broom is enough for 3-4 visits to the bath.

Birch tree.
The ideal time to cut birch branches for bathing veins is in the middle of summer. It is better to pour them in dry weather, cutting branches of 50-60 cm. Ideally, choose trees that grow in humid, damp places near water sources. The branches should be fine, straight and very flexible.

Linden, willow and alder.
Soft veins are prepared from July to the end of August. The main rule for these trees is to cut them from trees located further 1-2 km from highways, because it is these trees that strongly absorb gases.

Nettle broom (he's in the photo) is a great thing. The main thing is to prepare it before the plant begins to bloom. With its help in the bath, diseases of the back and joints are treated. Highly recommend!
