In this article, I want to talk about the advantages of such a solution and show an illustrative example of how to build a guest house inexpensively.
For example, a house, as in the photo above, will cost you only 75,000 rubles, provided that you build it yourself.
Main costs:
- foundation (~ 7-7.5 thousand rubles);
- gas block (~ 20 thousand rubles);
- plastic windows and doors (~ 20 thousand rubles)
- roof and insulation (~ 10 thousand rubles. )
- external and internal finishing (~ 15 thousand rubles)
- lighting (2,500 rubles).
Adding another 20-25 thousand to this amount, you will furnish the guest house with simple furniture and equip a bathroom. For a comfortable stay of guests in the summer, this is quite enough.
It turns out that for a small amount of 100,000 rubles, you get a stylish house with an area of 25 squares with everything you need.
Residents of Moscow and the region can quite afford this luxury for 1-2 salaries.
At the same time, your guests will feel comfortable, do not interfere with the owners and live like in a luxury mini-hotel.
