Project for the savvy: do-it-yourself triangular house for rent

Not so long ago, my wife and I were struck by a brilliant (as it seems to us) idea: to acquire a small plot in a village near the city, from which a gorgeous view of the Volga opens. But to do this not in order to plant it with plants, but to build a loft house on it for rent. Named their idea "project for the savvy".

We looked closely at the budget projects of small houses, and chose a triangular house. Of the obvious advantages - it can be built with your own hands in one summer and the roof is also the walls of the whole house at the same time: and this is a solid economy.

We bought a finished project from the designers (for only 500 rubles), and on the sketch the house looks like this:

Of course, we will definitely not install sophisticated equipment in the form of solar panels - there is little sense from them in our strip. But we will definitely observe some basic conditions:

• lighting - only LED and only spot lamps;
• heating - using a cozy fireplace or one radiator for 2 kW;
• sheathing - only natural wood (lining or imitation of a bar for painting).

Inside, the house combines a kitchen, living room and bedroom in a single space.

If on the first floor you can cook food and lie on a large sofa, then on the second you can only sleep. Thanks to the open interfloor ceiling, there is free heat exchange in the house.

At the same time, the house will have everything you need, even a bathroom. True, not with a bath, but with a shower, it saves space a lot.

Why do we need all this?

And everything is simple - we want to make money on tourists and residents of our city, who get tired of the hustle and bustle on weekdays and want to get out of the city on weekends, to a beautiful place overlooking the Volga, closer to the forest.
