I note right away that the author of the patent is not some kind of self-made product, but a hereditary scientist - associate professor Konstantin Altunin from Kazan (KNITU KAI University).

The essence of the invention

Altunin offers to equip country houses with automated air and liquid heating systems with all the necessary elements: central boiler, radiators and shut-off valves, but with one modification - in each heated room to install motion sensors and CO2 sensors.

Why are these sensors needed?

I won't open America to you if I say that a person exhales carbon dioxide and regularly moves even when he sleeps. Here are motion sensors and CO2 and will detect the presence of a person in the room and transmit this information to the central control unit.

The block, in turn, will increase the heating of the room where the person is sitting, and where there are no people now, it will weaken the heat supply.
