Who needs to pay well tax from July 1, 2020 and how to disguise it?
Since July 1 of this year, the so-called "water amnesty" has ceased to operate - that is, before having at the dacha (or IZHS) section of a well and consuming less than 100 cubic meters of water per day, you did not pay anything to the state.
From July 1, the rules of the game change:
- both collective (gardening and village) and individual (personal) wells are taxed.
- first nuance: Tax on public wells must be paid if you consume more than 100 cubic meters of water per day. It is still unknown how water consumption will be monitored.
- second nuance: if you have a personal well, then you will have to pay tax only if its depth exceeds 20 meters.
Interesting fact:
according to official statistics, 29% of Russians live in private homes.
Now each newly drilled well will be equipped with a water meter, and officials will begin to monitor the amount of water consumed.
Penalties for non-payment will be as follows:
• for individuals - up to 5 thousand. rubles;
• for employees responsible for water consumption - up to 50 thousand. rubles;
• for legal entities - up to 1 million. rubles.
Conclusions:
- if you have a personal well - hurry up to put a solid fence on all sides of the site;
- casually tell the neighborsthat the well is clogged and you are not using it - so as not to knock;
- buy a camouflage net at the Voentorg - cover the well if you don't have time to put up the fence before the check arrives.
