Now drying. This is also an important process.

Both a dryer and an oven are suitable, as it is more convenient for anyone. About 4 hours will pass, but this is very imprecise. Overdried tea will lose some of its beneficial properties. Underdried can get moldy.

Step number eight

The finishing touch is storage in a glass jar. Brew like regular tea.
