Basement after waterproofing. Does homemade solution work with liquid glass?

When building my house, I have already come across the fact that some recommendations and advice from the Internet did not work in practice... And now, another check.

I started repairing my basement after I put the box at home.

Otherwise, up to this point, everything would be meaningless. All the rains from the foundation slab regularly filled the basement with water.

This is the simplest recipe that everyone praises... But will everything be so good for me?

As a result of the work, everything seemed to work out...

This is what the basement looked like the next day:

Everything began to dry out, only some local, humid places were strained.

And it was not clear: whether everything dries unevenly, or in these places, water still breaks through?

There was nothing to do but wait ...

About a month has passed since that moment, and here is the result that is obtained at the moment.

Everything has dried up much better. And most importantly, there are no places that even hinted at leaks!

It turns out that the "folk" remedy helped.

Perhaps a month is not an indicator, but it seems to me that during this time, if there were problems, then at least somehow they would manifest themselves.
