Moved the counter from the post into the house. Is it legal and how can they be punished?

Where should a box with a counter on the site, or in front of it (for the access of power grid employees)? This question worries many owners of a private house. I decided to figure it out to the end.

Then I hung my electrical box directly on the support for two reasons:

• I just had nowhere to hang it on the site. It was empty.

• To facilitate the process of acceptance of works. There will be no unnecessary questions.

But after registering the electrical box, something was added.

It was drawn up when the equipment was installed. One point attracted me in it.

It follows from this diagram that my ASU (input-distribution device) is not on the border of the balance sheet, but on the territory of the site, or in general in the house. Although at that time the electrical box was hanging on a support, and there was no trace of a house.

It turns out that electric networks are not prohibited from bringing equipment to the site!

From all this, only one conclusion can be drawn.

My electrical box does not have to be located somewhere outside the territory of the site. And where it will be specifically on my territory (on the street or in the house) is also not specified.

❗ Therefore, I calmly took the LIE from the support and moved it to my house. Of course, without breaking the sealing. The main thing is that I have the documents for acceptance and correspond to reality.

And the maximum that threatens me is the payment of excess electricity, which is lost on a piece of wire, from the pole to my house. But it seems to me that this is a penny.
