With an ax against concrete. When laying the walls, the mortar flew in all directions, and now I am suffering with this.
There is a phrase: "The forest is cut, the chips are flying." This is a direct reflection of some of the work on my construction site. And then with these "chips" you have to mess around for a long time.
So when laying the walls, I was more focused on the process itself. Especially when you do the work for the first time, you don't notice anything around at all.
Here is the glue for aerated concrete, which was squeezed out from under the blocks, I did not rub into the seams (why, you can read here), but cut it. And even though there is one floor in my house, this good has flown decently.
And okay outside the house, fell asleep with sand and that's it.
Inside, everything fell onto the foundation slab.
How to remove it, then I did not think. But the time has come, and I had to tinker with it.
Level the surface of the foundation, I need to insulate it. Laying polystyrene foam on a bumpy floor will not work.
And here I was helped by a tool that is in any home - an ax.
Most of the mortar adhered to the floor was on the waterproofing. And she peeled off it very simply.
But what fell on the concrete had to be knocked off. But even then you don't need to make any special efforts.
β So, it's more a matter of time and monotony of work. I don't like such fuss... π©
The only thing that always pleases is the result.
β So cleaning at a construction site is also part of the process. You probably can't do without it. Neatness won't help here ...
