It's not a problem. I got rid of it very simply, in two stages.
"Everything is lost! What kind of horror is going on with aerated concrete? " - Some of my readers wrote to me. Calm... nothing terrible happened, and the problem is easily solved.
Green paint, my walls got back at the end of last summer.
Frequent rains and the absence of the sun led to the fact that the bottom of the walls, where the water was retained, began to overgrow with some kind of moss.
Details about this, I wrote in this article.
Having stood the winter, the masonry has dried up, and there is simply no reason for all this "beauty" to grow further.
It remains only to cleanse what is.
There was nothing complicated here, and I did the work in two stages.
1. You need to rub. And sandpaper, here's the thing ..
Took the largest grain that was in the store. Greens are peeled off very easily.
Of course, in part, the block itself is also undermined. But these are just trifles.
❗ However, to wipe everything perfectly, one sandpaper is not enough.
2. Mold remover. It also copes with other similar things, including moss, like mine.
- At first, the greens really come off without any effort. I applied it with a simple roller, and did not even have to rub.
Although after sandpaper, there were only remnants of the moss, you could see how they just disappear ...
- Secondly, there will be no further education.
✅ In general, it was possible to immediately process everything with this tool, without wasting energy on working with sandpaper. But the expense would have been much higher. So here, the choice is for everyone.
As a result, the block returned to its original form.
Not a trace of greenery remained. And it took very little time to work.
