I run pipes under the stove, after the construction of the box at home. That's why, in fact, you need a basement.

One of the disadvantages of slab foundations is the need to carry out communications before pouring concrete. At the same time, there is no possibility of further adjustments and repairs. But, in my house, I managed to solve this problem.

"Why do you need a basement in the house? Dampness and constant problems! "- Some readers wrote to me in the comments. But in the end, the basement helped me in resolving the issue of engineering systems in the house.

Even at the stage of construction of my slab foundation, I understood that if I bury the pipes like this, then then, possible problems, it will simply be impossible to solve. And given my "professionalism", the likelihood of their occurrence is significant.

So, in the foundation, I walled up only the sleeves through which the pipes themselves will be laid.

In the slab itself, I also made mortgages for the passage of pipes.

And the basement became "the place of all interchanges".

This made it possible to do plumbing after the construction of the box, and with a better understanding of the matter.

❗ But most importantly, in this case, there is access to all units, and the possibility of their repair and replacement.

Of course, the likelihood of damage and failure of pipes is very small. But then again, the fact that I'm new to construction doesn't rule out anything.
