Sewerage in my house. A simple job that became a real puzzle in the hands of a beginner.
"Push the pipes into each other and put them at an angle" - this is how this work initially appeared to me. But in fact, many little things had to be taken into account, on which the operation of the system depends.
I still have no windows in my house, but I decided to lay sewer pipes. Why??? Yes, because you still need to do it. I thought there would be five minutes to do, but in practice everything was stretched out.
I already wrote articles about how this process began:
Drilling in aerated concrete. A hole in the wall in a few minutes, with a normal tool.
I run pipes under the stove, after the construction of the box at home. That's why, in fact, you need a basement.
Today there will be nuances that made me break my head.
β Of course, if you get down to business as a professional, then first you need to decompose everything theoretically, on paper, or better in some program, and then do everything ...
But I'm a self-builder! First I start doing, and in the process I think over all the little things. How else? π
And in this work, I had to take into account all the nuances, how to put the pieces of a puzzle together, so that in the end you get the desired result.
Level of pipes above the floor. This is how it all started... Here I also had to take into account the insulation, and the floor screed, which will still be filled.
In this case, one must not forget about the bias. It's good that I didn't have long distances, so there were no special problems.
Turns - that's what you need to pay special attention to. Right angles in the system, it is better not to do it at all, but I could not do without it. But I "rounded" them, using instead of one element 90 degrees, two at 45.
Fasteners had to be invented. A standard one came up somewhere, but in the basement he hung everything up on homemade "brackets". All from the available means.
Minimal waste. This is important not only from an economic, but also from a practical point of view. It turned out so that I had to cut in a couple of places. And so all the pipes remained in the standard.
As a result, we got the simplest result.
But the path to it took a lot of energy. And probably only I can fully appreciate it. That's why I love this business ...
