You can dream a lot about suburban life: What will be the house, what area... How will you run barefoot on the grass, and fry a barbecue with friends. Moreover, all this can be done by yourself.

But all of this may remain just dreams without one simple thing.

Water supply. Even nowadays it can be a problem.

When I made more than a hundred meters of the road at my own expense, just to drive up to my site, I did not really regret it.

Although I hoped that the leadership of SNT would somehow reckon this with me. But even the fellow did not say, they only checked several times, it was correct and in the right place I did everything ...

✅ Now all this is a common property, and immediately there were those who wanted to develop the sections adjacent to this road. Previously, no one was bored.

But now on the issue of water supply, I decided to weigh everything more carefully.

Although the water supply in our SNT is connected to most sites, My road cannot boast of this. And the closest connection point is 200-250 meters away.

It will cost about 300 thousand to stretch water this distance, at least.

But I don't want to do charity work.

• Firstly, there is nothing (there are more needed spending).
• And secondly, history will surely repeat itself.

And as in the case of the road, many will also want to connect to the water supply. Now, of course, they are not, but I'm sure they will appear immediately.

Of course you tell me to take money from them for this... But I don't know how legal it is, and how, in all honesty??? (write your opinion in the comments).
