We were throwing away melon seeds. And they... I'm impressed!
How it all started
A friend said that he was not throwing away melon seeds now, but making milk out of them. He praised these seeds so much, made and drank a drink from them with such an appetite that it was hard to believe. Before doing something new, I research the issue thoroughly. I looked for information on the Internet, and there it is still cooler than he said! Inspired!
I also made such a quick milk:
I washed the fresh melon seeds in a colander. Beat with a little water. Happened! True, I had to strain, not all the bones even collapsed.
It was important for me to evaluate the taste and sensations after the drink. Vegetable taste. I began to think how to convey my feeling? A funny thought came to my mind. If I were a queen, I would often order such melon milk after breakfast :)

Melon seed milk - master class
He takes fresh seeds and stores them for storage. Most importantly, without heat treatment.
- Takes out seeds and washes well
- Putting in a blender
- Adds some water as shown in the photo
- Whisk until smooth
- You can filter, it does not filter, so the milk is thicker
- Drinks immediately
It turned out
There are such well-known substances that are not advertised on every corner. You don't need a lot of them, like proteins, fats and carbohydrates. Scanty amounts of them:
- Promotes the restoration of the nervous system
- Increase, even restore, potency

- Eliminate harmful cholesterol, lower blood sugar

This wonderful bouquet of goodies, it turns out, fits in melon seeds. Although their main composition is 49% fats, 30% proteins and 4.7% carbohydrates.
I was especially made to respect melon seeds by the fact that pregnant women can and even need to drink such milk. Just no more than 100 g per day. Since they can, then even more so for me ...
There are, of course, contraindications. Also, DO NOT eat sprouted melon seeds.
