I accidentally discovered that I have a two-tariff meter. While this is beneficial, how do I continue to do so?

They connected the electricity in my house under construction two years ago. And only recently I began to figure out what is in this miracle box.

At my construction site, I did absolutely all the work with my own hands, and only to the electrician, I have not yet touched. And in my opinion there is nothing worse than entrusting the work to someone, and not even delving into its essence.

Therefore, I decided to fix these errors.

I never thought about what is in my switchboard, now I decided to figure it out in detail.

There have already been many adventures with this box, and "Kamaz" took it down, and I carried it several times, but everything was not there. So I have it "experienced".

And soon it will be necessary to make an electrician in the house, so you need to start studying the issue. And I decided to start small and find out which unit is responsible for what.

Everything is clear for machines and RCDs, but a bunch of numbers in the meter readings haunted me.

Having decided to deal with this, and looking at the information on the network, I found out that my meter is two-rate. Shows day and night separately.

How could you not have known about this before??? This question even torments me ...

When I connected the electricity in the house, I entrusted the purchase of components and assembly to an electrician. He didn't tell me that he bought a multi-tariff meter, I didn't ask. That's how I paid all this time, without hesitation.

Although everything on the box is written for the gifted.

Now I started to take advantage of this system.

While the house is being built, at night I dry my basement (this is described in detail in previous articles). And the night rate is very attractive in this regard.

But what will happen when I start living in the house? I don't know ...

I'm not going to switch to a nocturnal lifestyle, but I don't know yet whether it will be possible to automate the main processes (heating, washing, etc.) at night.
