Don't throw away plastic bottles! Simple but useful homemade products for home and garden
If you have accumulated a lot of plastic bottles, then do not rush to throw them away, because they are a valuable resource that you can use to your advantage. For a long time I have not disposed of plastic containers, as I always find a use for it.
Today I will share with you simple but useful homemade plastic bottles that can be useful at home or in the country.
1. After we have washed the dishes, we usually put the sponge on the edge of the sink, where water continues to drain from it and it remains wet for a long time. This case can be easily fixed. We take a 1.5 liter plastic bottle and cut off the upper and lower parts from it.
Then we insert the neck into the lower part and now the dishwashing sponge has its place. Water will accumulate in the bottle, thereby not staining the sink, and the sponge itself will dry quickly.
2. For the next homemade product, you will need 2 liters of container. We take a gypsy needle and make many holes on the side of the bottle. It will be easier to do this with the cap screwed on, the air will not escape as quickly and the bottle will not wrinkle much.
Then, on the opposite side, cut out a small rectangular window and pour flour inside. Now you have a good sieve, which is no worse than the purchased one.
3. The following homemade product will also come in handy for our hostesses in the kitchen. Take a 5L bottle, cut off the top, leaving a long tongue, and make a small hole in this tongue.
Now, on the back of the kitchen table door, attach a small hook to double-sided tape and hang a bottle on it.
We close the door, put a bag in the bottle and you will have a small trash can, into which it will be very convenient to sweep crumbs or cuttings from vegetables from the table.
4. If you are going on a hike or to a summer cottage, then you can take a tea filter with you, which is very easy to make from a plastic bottle.
All you need to do is cut off the top of the bottle and make a few holes in the cap. Now that you've brewed the tea, you can quickly strain it from the infusion.
5. But the next homemade product will definitely come in handy in the country or if you have just moved and have not yet had time to equip your home. Cut out several strips in the side of the 5L bottle. Then we cut off the neck and fix it, slightly stepping back from the edge of the bottle, with a plastic ring, having previously made a hole under it. And you have a good temporary dish dryer.
