How to make a napkin holder on a jigsaw machine. Sawing templates
These napkin holders do not require a lot of time to make and are a good gift for any occasion.
For the manufacture of napkin holders, scraps of wood or plywood with a thickness of 8-10 mm are suitable.
Since you need to cut out two identical thin parts, it is optimal to cut them in a package. A template is glued to the upper part and the parts are fastened.
The blanks can be fastened together with tape. This is enough when they are the same. But if they are different, then it is better to make additional fasteners.
The photo shows a binding option using matches inserted into the drilled holes.
The inner parts are cut first.
Then the outer shape is cut out.
As a result, two identical parts are immediately obtained.
Next, they need to be glued to the base.
So that there is no displacement of the parts when gluing, I decided to make a markup and apply guides.
I also used matches as such guides. When glued, they do not allow parts to move.
