We bought an apartment after the old people, made a euro-renovation. Before / after photos
The couple lived in an apartment with the wife's parents. You understand that living with relatives is not so easy, you want to be alone, but in a large family it is difficult to implement.
The guys saved up money to buy their own housing. When the normal amount was collected, they took out a loan and bought an apartment. We decided to buy a house closer to the center, so we chose the option with an old renovation, in which we made a new modern interior on our own.
Repairs in the apartment, most likely, have not been done since the construction of the house. The guys had to throw out mountains of rubbish, old tiles, floors and furniture have long become obsolete. The elderly lived in the apartment, usually the old people do not make repairs, preferring to save money and help the children.
Several months of work, studying various design ideas and money allowed us to create a stylish apartment design.
The small kitchen was designed in black and white. The upper cupboards of the kitchen unit are white, the lower ones are black. The backsplash and worktop are also white.
Renovated kitchen:
Small collectible bottles were placed on the upper cabinets. The built-in oven and microwave were placed at the level of the kitchen apron. The result is a rather stylish modern kitchen interior.
The interior of the corridor is also black and white, even an unusual black insert with 3 halogens was added to the ceiling. A wardrobe with large mirrors was installed in the hallway.
The living room design is made in the loft style. Light brickwork on the wall, unusual shelves with lighting, a leather sofa, everything is harmonious and interconnected. The black and white ceiling with LED strip was designed in an interesting way.
A small bathroom has a shower cubicle, a cool sink combined with a cabinet and a cabinet with a mirror. Decorated the interior with small brown-beige mosaic tiles.
A modern wall-hung toilet bowl in white is almost invisible in the interior of the bathroom; such models of plumbing help free up space in the room.
In general, the design of the apartment is modern and stylish. There are some minor flaws, but it is worth considering the fact that the interior was created by people who have nothing to do with design. Modern materials, furniture and decor elements have created a classy and cozy apartment. True, the tenants had to spend a lot of time, money and effort, but the result was worth it.
