At the initial stage, a complete cleaning of the territory was carried out. All waste is neatly packed in bags and must be disposed of. The layout, which the guys have chosen, is distinguished by its modern design: the demolished partitions turned a simple panel into a studio apartment, where space plays a significant role.

For the main design project, they took elements of the urban style, it perfectly characterizes the young character of the residents.

Light-dark tones were taken as the main color performance. One general concept can be traced throughout the apartment, it boils down to minimalism and modern practicality.

The living room smoothly passes into the kitchen area, but with the help of light lighting, it was possible to distinguish between these two territories.

The floor is made of durable laminate, it has a light woody shade and perfectly matches the walls in the color of coffee with milk. The ceiling is suspended, it has a clean mirror surface.

Large porticoes, cornices, significantly increase the space. Spot lighting: built-in lamps.

From the functional point of view, everything looks decent: modern furniture that can be used for recreation, household appliances in a minimum amount, which fully meets the needs of residents.

Almost all finishing materials were purchased from the premium price segment, which made it possible to create a unique effect of gloss and textured richness.

A notable feature of the renovation was the use of designer lamps: they create a strict geometric lighting system.

The bedroom is distinguished by its niches, they were made of plasterboard, which allows you to create various kinds of volumetric shapes. The plumbing unit has everything you need. There was a division here: a sanitary zone, a place for washing.
