The dull kitchen of the perestroika period was converted into a laconic one, with a stylish dining area.
A married couple with a child bought a small, cozy apartment with a decent renovation at that time. When the son grew up and got married, the parents decided to move to the dacha and leave the apartment to the children.
Everything in the room was neat and clean, but not modern. First of all, the kitchen needed updating. Young people wanted to make it stylish, beautiful, and most importantly, functional. The room had old wallpaper, a gloomy kitchen set, an ancient dining table with assorted chairs.
The new kitchen was decorated in a Scandinavian style, with a corner kitchen set with white fronts and a wooden countertop. One of the top cabinets has a special place for a microwave oven.
Silver household appliances, a built-in oven and a white hob came up to the kitchen design. The kitchen apron is made from the same material as the countertop. A silver refrigerator was placed to the right of the entrance to the room. Fix the LED strip under the lower cabinets.
The light interior was diluted with a blue tint, which was used to decorate the dining areas. A soft kitchenette with blue upholstery, a white table with a wooden top and a chair were placed near the window.
Usually curtains and curtains are not used in Scandinavian style, this interior was complemented by a small blue curtain. A TV was hung over the kitchenette. The dining area was supplemented with lamps placed on the adjacent wall.
The walls were covered with gray wallpaper with a geometric pattern, the floor was covered with light gray laminate.
Young people succeeded in making a dull kitchen fashionable, laconic and stylish. A novice designer helped to create the project.
I liked the presented design very much, white color always looks good in the design of living quarters. The kitchen does not look dull or pale, the blue tint refreshes the interior, and the wooden elements fill it with warmth.
By the way, the ginger cat also liked the new cuisine.
❓❓❓ How do you like the renovation? What would be changed or added?
