Rules position in the area of buildings and seedlings
In the village of my grandmother currant bushes were planted neighbors almost instead of the intended fence. For anybody it was not an occasion for quarrels. But planting trees near the neighboring buildings, which, with its roots can destroy the foundation, it is disgusting. Fortunately we have with our neighbors have always been a good relationship.
But recently more and more often I hear about cases of villagers, who even suing the neighbors over the fence, shading trees and even buildings.
