A kitchen with an area of 4.5 square meters is a big test for the hostess, and an inconvenience for the whole family. In addition to the obligatory stove, sink, oven, there are also many necessary items - dishes for cooking and eating, household appliances, various devices.
You need to find a place for stocks of dry food, spices and more. How do you put it all in such a small space? The owners of this apartment solved the problem by making the most of the vertical. Considering the peculiarities of their kitchen, they chose a corner kitchen set with a large number of spacious wall cabinets.
By the window there is a pencil case with a large compartment in the middle, a lower compartment for pots and pans and an upper mezzanine. Behind it are three wall cabinets, the same number on the adjacent wall, and an additional narrow cabinet.
The facades of all cabinets are closed, there are no decorative transparent panels. This is understandable: every centimeter of space must be used.
However, this does not affect the aesthetic appearance of the kitchen - the snow-white, glossy furniture set looks very fresh and elegant. The white hob surface and the enamelled sink, the white backsplash edged with black, the light gray floor all create a clean feeling.
In the lower tier there is a stove with an oven, a sink and a cutting surface, under which a dishwasher is built-in. Not a single centimeter was lost here either - there is a narrow drawer for bottles and vials between the stove and a large cabinet, and there is a drawer under the oven.
The wood-like countertop is in good harmony with the general white background.
It would seem that everything is thought out. But, looking closely, you notice a slightly unfortunate place for the microwave, it is inconvenient to open it, moreover, splashes of water will constantly fly on it.
The choice of the hob was made very well. Three burners are quite the optimal solution for a small family, such a stove is a little narrower than a conventional four-burner, which also saves space.
Perhaps a more convenient option would be to move the sink to the edge, then the microwave oven can be placed at a different angle, and the work surface would be larger.
But, be that as it may, the owners of this kitchen showed remarkable ingenuity and taste, placing everything you need in a small area.
