As you know, it is quite difficult to live on one pension. An elderly married couple was able not only to live, but also to save money to repair the bathroom. Of course, they saved a lot - almost 2 years, they saved as much as they could, but they were very pleased with the result.

The building in which the retirees live is brick built, rather old. It was necessary not only to change all the plumbing and tiles, but also to replace the old pipes. The residents decided to protect themselves from unexpected surprises in the form of pipe leaks.

For a period of time, they used a brick bathroom that did not have tiles. The conditions were Spartan, but the couple were looking forward to creating a beautiful bathroom design.

Elderly people opted for a cheerful beige and light green design. And rightly so, such shades cheer up. And the white tile looks neat against the background of such colors. Young people, most likely, will not approve of such an interior. But aged people do not want to live among dullness.

A bathtub, a toilet, a washbasin with a cabinet, and a washing machine were installed in the bathroom. The models are not the most modern, it was possible to replace the toilet with a wall-mounted one, but accordingly the repair price would have increased. And yet, if the budget allowed, the curtain in the bathroom could be replaced with a transparent screen. It looks much neater and does not stick to the body.

The light green stretch ceiling looks very interesting. Few people dare to experiment with the color of the ceiling, they often choose glossy or matte white.
