I myself was a village until my grandfather's roots, but I lived all my life in the city, and now, on retirement, I "returned" to the village.. we live according to a / u financial scheme, it's a sin to complain.
There is a farm 5 km from our village, I got a job there as a night watchman, two nights later, okay, extra 10 thousand do not interfere, a warm room and a monitor with cameras, nothing complicated. I have rent + pension.. so I'm not complaining about hunger.
Around my village is full of mushrooms and berries - my wife makes a whole refrigerator for the winter,.. she also bakes bread herself.
And those who either drink heavily or are lazy in life complain.
Now take village recipes - a very good help in winter
I took it out of the freezer, thawed it, and -
1) mushrooms through a "large" meat grinder, into a frying pan with onions, fry and fill with an egg beaten with a fork - a super hearty breakfast!
2) noodle soup (chicken broth) with fried mushrooms / onions / carrots, sour cream
3) homemade pies (or pancakes "envelopes") with fried mushrooms, onions and liver (from a blender), how mushroom pate turns out, umm!
4) homemade hodgepodge with mushrooms for dinner!
5) buckwheat porridge in a pot with mushrooms / pork / onions, for dinner!
Add fresh homemade bread with a crispy crust to everything in / u and answer as if in spirit - you would not sit at such a table ?!
So, when there are mushrooms in the freezer, then you can saturate everyone with porridge from an ax !!
ps But the reserves of vitamins for the winter, for tea and white bread or pancakes)) everything is "wipe-not-boiled", so 100% vitamin - there is always enough in the village until spring!
