Why do only honest people live in the cottage community?
I live in a cottage community in the Nizhny Novgorod region. According to its KP, at the time of purchase, about 10 houses were built, roads were dumped and electricity was available. No centralized developer, only the owner of the land, and the concept of a wooden village (Beam, log, frame, or stone, but sewn up from the outside with wood).
At the moment, more than a hundred houses have been built. On the plus side, the UK (represented by the former owner of the land) dumped the beach on the shore of the reservoir, built a large playground and volleyball.
The roads are all asphalted, there is a checkpoint and a barrier. In the KP, 70% of owners still lack fences. Nevertheless, any electric and gas powered tools can be thrown on the site, be absent for a couple of weeks and found at the same place.
Children's bicycles, abandoned in an unknown place, were brought and left by strangers near the house. Children calmly walk until 11 o'clock, moreover, we do not bother much where. Is this possible in an ordinary village in our time?
We do not go "to bow" to anyone, but we observe the existing rules of residence. In the spring, the Criminal Code closes the entry for heavy cargo, everyone treats with understanding. After 11 pm, the mode of silence, here, too, you can not argue. At the checkpoint there is a pass system for guests.
In winter, the roads are cleaned to asphalt. Garbage is removed centrally. That, in fact, is all. Well, and pay utility bills on time. Of the minuses, the nearest school and store are 9 km away. And living in it and working in the city is not convenient, 60 km one way.
