In Odintsovo, in the courtyard of an apartment building that was recently built, there is still a country house, surrounded by a fence. The apartment building was commissioned a long time ago, the tenants moved in and from the windows of their apartments they observe the following picture:

The owner of a private house and the developer of an apartment building could not agree, and the situation turned into a joke. But not funny, but funny, especially for the tenants of the house, who have been deprived of their yard. Although, they bought apartments without this misunderstanding.

The developer company began to buy out the plots for this house from private owners in 2009. But with the owner of this - they could not agree on the cost. According to information from the developer, the private owner asked for 11 million. Euro. Inadequate price, it is possible that it is not so. In order not to stop construction and hand over the house, the developer changed the project of the house with the exclusion of this land plot from the urban planning plan:

The site was surrounded by a fence and for several years they did not return to the solution of the issue. This, of course, is a violation of contracts with buyers of apartment buyers. This was simply kept silent. The situation recently appeared in the news on federal channels:

Conditions of the private owner of the site: exchange for a plot of the same size within a radius of 1 km from this place (what would step on the same rake after some time?). But the owner had his own motives for this. We needed a dacha for the rehabilitation of a disabled child. Therefore, the apartment and monetary compensation did not suit.

Also a strange position. You can sell an apartment and buy a land plot for the total amount anywhere and build a house.

One wing of the house was never completed according to the project. Perhaps the owners of the plots are nearby - they have also taken a tough stance for a long time, or the developer is illegally trying to put pressure on them and, as they say, squeeze out the plots cheaper. Dragged out the situation. This is exactly what they did to the owner of the blue house (in her words): they destroyed the well, broke the underground cable and broke everything inside the house.

In February 2020. after the news hype, a press conference was held with the participation of the district administration. The site owner did not appear, but she was publicly offered two options:

• 9.5 million rub. and a 3-room apartment in the residential complex Odinburg, up to 80 m2.
• or a plot within a radius of 900 m from this place of a similar area. The developer will buy out the land at the auction and transfer it to the private owner.

It is not yet known what the owner of the site will choose.
