Water has its own well 45 m. Hidden - nobody will find it. The sewage system is also closed so that I myself have forgotten where the hatch is - somewhere under the lawn, near the fence... probably 25 cubes... We winter for 2 years.

The house cost about $ 1 million. / 106 sq.m. Outside. With wiring for electricity and pipes.

Built for myself. Even if it stays for 30 years, that's enough. Children don't. Maybe tomorrow they will be dumped into a mask or even further.
