We moved from an apartment to a country house so that my husband could only wear shorts

My husband and I have been in a private house for 6 years. We remember life in an apartment as a nightmare!! Constant problems with parking in the yard, carrying heavy bags on myself to the apartment from the place where I could squeeze the car.

Permanent renovation of neighbors, one or the other. And when you want to do your own repair, you understand that there are a lot of time limits! In the courtyards there is always dirty snow, a bunch of cars, noise in the morning (one of two things: either a lawn mower, or the terrible grinding of a shovel on the asphalt). There is no space in the apartment, neither moral nor physical.

We built our house ourselves, my husband and his brother helped a lot. It is very difficult, but possible! Such a hobby in construction is exclusively for an amateur. We liked it, we got involved, now it's hard to stop! After the house, a terrace was completed, then they designed and made a playground for the child, then a small shed, now a two-story workshop with a cellar is being built, a carport for the car.

The land was searched for 2 years! And not in vain, because they found the perfect option for themselves. The train is 15 minutes on foot, 40 minutes to the Paveletskaya metro station. Or 7 minutes to the bus stop where buses and minibuses run every 5 minutes. You can walk to the kindergarten and school, but I haven't tried it, because I can't move without a car.

For those who don't know how to drive or don't have a car, things may not be so convenient. Although all shops are close. For those who complain about the infrastructure, I list what is within walking distance of no more than 10-15 minutes: 5 minutes, magnet, meat, vegetable, KFC, Ozone pick-up point and Wildberries, fix price, two more untitled grocery stores, a hairdresser, an outpatient clinic, a veterinary hospital, two construction markets, a garden and a school yourself.

Larger shops 10 minutes by car. I repeat once again, you just need to choose a place where you will be comfortable living with a car and without it (in case of emergency). And yet, money is needed to live in a house. While construction is underway (and it will be for many years), you have to infringe on yourself. However, the pleasure that we get from living in the house is incomparable and priceless!
