BUT... as always, the devil is in the little things... minus ovens-

1. garbage in the house

2. procurement / purchase and storage of firewood

3. there are not many good craftsmen and materials now ...

4. maintenance and cleaning

5. not until drowned - it is cold in the morning, overheated - heat

6. keeps warm for a long time - heats up for a long time

7. the ability to burn out / burn out

8. folding a high-quality stove from good materials is expensive

9.You need a high-quality foundation NOT tied to the house (and these are cracks and drafts)

For a summer residence or a house where you do not live permanently and there is no gas, in my opinion at the moment, the following scheme is relevant;

Cast iron / iron stove fireplace - provides quick heat as soon as you arrive + decorative functions (look at the fire through a glass door, yes with a glass ...)

Plus electric heaters with temperature sensors in each room ...

Why not an electric boiler?

The efficiency is the same, pipes, pumps, antifreeze, maintenance are not needed ...

it is possible to heat rooms selectively with different temperatures (economy)

You can connect GSM control and put the house to warm up before leaving ...

Easier / cheaper to repair or replace

If one fails, the rest will not let you freeze ..

I now have a modernized stove (2 modes - fast / slow + glass door... there were heaters (burning oxygen) now, as money comes in, I change them for homemade cast-iron batteries ..

In short, there are a lot of pluses... (although boilers are more profitable for me as a plumber)
