Forest in your area. It turns out that you can't just shut it down

In the vicinity of my site, on the east side, there is a large area overgrown with pine trees. For several years, the owners have never mowed grass on it, yes, and generally did not appear there:

To this state, the site was overgrown in just five years. The pines took a very long time to grow up to half a meter, and then they grew out in 1-2 years. Many are already 4-5 m high.

The chairman of our SNT, by agreement with the owner, has equipped a volleyball court in an empty place for active recreation for everyone.

The site itself has been on sale for a long time. It was bought at the highest land prices and was sold dearly. In 2019. nevertheless, a new owner appeared. What will the new owner do with the young forest? It is clear that the site in this form does not suit him. And the first thought is to cut down completely or most of the trees. But if according to the law, it is not so easy. More on this below.

Next to the site of my neighbor on the west side there are also two sites with the same thickets of pine. One plot is also for sale, another was recently bought, but the owner is in no hurry to cut down the pines, he does not touch the trees.. But he began to build something on it.

In 10-15 years it will be boron. And this will qualitatively distinguish the site from the rest. Two sites (mine and a neighbor's) are still surrounded on three sides by a young forest. There are no mosquitoes in the pine forest, the pine gives off antibacterial phytoncides, in the heat there is a very pleasant smell.

The issue can be resolved through the courts. Then you don't need a ticket for the cabin. But the garden does not belong to the forest fund - interfering fruit trees can be cut down without documents.

At my site, I left pine trees in several places. And according to the law, I no longer have the right to cut them out.

It turns out that you need permission from the forestry for felling, you need to get a lumber ticket for cutting down decorative, coniferous or valuable species. The law is contradictory. On the one hand, the site is private property, but the coniferous forest growing on the site belongs to the forest fund, this is the property of the Russian Federation. And in the Russian Federation there is no private ownership of the forest. These are the contradictions of the Codes.

Fruit trees are agricultural and do not belong to the forest fund - they can be cut down at your discretion at any age. And the trees growing in forests: pines, spruce, larch, birch, oak, etc. - only with agreement in the forestry.

Fines for illegal logging amount to several thousand. But if they admit that you have cut down valuable tree species, then the fine can be more than 100 thousand. rub.

Of course, you can cut down the forest (or several trees on the site) without official permission, but there are neighbors who can turn you over. People are different, and there are those where any failure of a neighbor is a joy for them. Be carefull.
