Monolithic floors on a profiled sheet. Description and cost
Concrete floors are better than wooden floors in many ways. The optimal and inexpensive ones are floor slabs. But if the house is being built without taking into account the standard length of the PC series slabs, then the exit is monolithic floors. An area of 10x10 m has a cost of 250 thousand. rub. (a neighbor flooded it last season). The price is high due to the large volume of fittings and laborious installation. But there is a way to make monolithic floors for a self-builder - floor slabs.
In ceilings filled with this technology, there is savings in concrete (due to ribs) and in reinforcement (the bottom row of reinforcement is only in one direction, not mesh). The diameter of the bottom reinforcement is 12 mm. For spans over 6 m - 14 and more (but you need to count). Top mesh 15x15 cm made of 10 mm reinforcement.
The outer formwork is made of blocks that are thinner than the walls. Profiled sheet sheets are fastened to each other with rivets. They are mounted to the wall with dowels. If you do not plan to do these works on your own, then in the announcements of the brigade they carry out the installation of such ceilings for 1.5 thousand / m2.
Approximate cost calculation: for 1 m2 of flooring you need: professional sheet (~ 300 rubles); reinforcement 20 kg (400 rubles); concrete M350 - 0.1m3 (400 rubles). Plus lumber and other consumables in the amount of 150 rubles. Total: 1250 rubles / m2 of floors.
From below, props are required with a step of 1.5 m. You can rent (for a month) or purchase lumber. Consider what is more profitable. If scraps remain, then they can also be put into action, fastened with rivets and smeared with sealant or glue-foam.
Reinforcement scheme for one of the options. Be sure to make a frame along the walls, as when pouring an armored belt. On top of the reinforcement, beacons are needed to control the thickness of the concrete pour. It is poured with a concrete pump. 7-10 m3 of concrete cannot be transferred manually in a few hours, even if the team trumpets. And through the supply by a concrete pump, the ceiling is poured by three people: one pours and distributes concrete from the pipe, the other vibrates, the third smoothes it.
The lower reinforcement should be raised in the ribs from the profiled sheet. Use special plastic fittings for fittings. The holes in the profiled sheet are plugged with EPS and foamed. And also the cracks where the profiled sheet lies on the walls with the side.
The upper mesh is installed on plastic supports - the reinforcement should not lie on the profiled sheet. At the end, the concrete pump is called and in 30 minutes the concrete is taken together.
A short video with an overview of how such floors are mounted. But in this method, where the fittings are welded, you need to use fittings that have a welding tolerance. Because in normal, in places of welding, it becomes brittle. It is allowed to cook fittings of grade A3 A500C. Used profiled sheet: Н114 0.65 mm.
