The switch was fixed with a decorative nut, which, by the way, did not unscrew by hand, the pliers helped out. Let me remind you that during such work, the line must be de-energized.

All the fasteners were on the terminal blocks, which were easily unscrewed, it remained to install a new part, acquired it, somehow in reserve, just in case, it suddenly came in handy. Now about the trick.

Before installing the switch on the sconce body, it was necessary to thread the chains through the hole, but the wooden handle does not fit into it. I pushed it along the chain, there was a latch made of a copper plate, bent it, and only then took it off, now the chain will calmly go through the hole.

He fixed the part on the case, pressing it with a nut, stripped the wires and connected them on the terminal blocks, then put on the handle and replaced the latch. Applied voltage, everything worked.
