Despite all the frightening stories (builders and foremen with a bad conscience) decided to build a budget house for 3 million. The most interesting is what will come of it. I will definitely publish the construction process and the price of each stage!

All communications were disconnected, there was no water or gas on the site. It was time to move on. I didn't want to make a basement:

• firstly, the basement is a rise in price (and we have budget construction);
• secondly, I didn't really need it.

The site is below street level, and I naturally wanted to raise it higher. The difference turned out to be significant and it was decided to put a block foundation, because a monolithic one would be more expensive. Below I will leave a link to the video, it will be seen what kind of soil I have. The soil in our city is mostly rocky, which allowed me to put the foundation without a concrete cushion, just on a bed of rubble. The foundation turned out in three rows of blocks, plus an armored belt about 35 cm high.

Backfill note.

Always fall asleep first from the sides and then from the inside to avoid block shifting! Sometimes the site does not allow you to do this, like mine. In this case, warn the tractor driver to be more careful.
